Food is good but don't go later in the evening they will ignore you at the counter kind of like what McDonald's is getting famous for.

I tend to come to this Arby’s after I get out of classes and I’ve never had a problem with anything until today. The woman working the drive thru was very rude and gave me some attitude. Not sure if she’s always like that but I’ve never seen her before there. Working in customer service for almost 6 years now, I know that’s not the way to talk to your customers.

I was there at 2 or 3am in the morning and there was a line of about 6 cars ahead of me on a rainy cold night. Thought i would be forever waiting and was shocked to see how fast the order taker got all of us through the line and the food was hot.. I was as surprised that it was just 2 people working the food and the cars as fast as they did.. I thanked him and he was so nice and humble.. Arbys Howard and Bradley deserve a lot of appreciation and more than just a pat on the back... Thank you gentleman for what you did that night for me and the other customers because of you i will come back. Thank you!!!!

Our order was correct and filled quickly in the drive through window. When we arrived home, the sandwiches were warm, well constructed and tasted great. Arby's is a chain we frequent because we get consistently good service and food. This is the closest one to our daughter's house.

Excellent customer service. Food tasted good, but wish I had not gotten it to go. The tiniest portion of chicken salad on sandwich. At first i thought there was only lettuce, then i found a spoonful of meat all the way on one side of sandwich.

i usually love this place, but recently the service has been disappointing. somehow they’ve managed to forget my mac & cheese almost each time i’ve come through. giving four stars because this location is usually great, but recently not so much. btw steve is the best

Buffalo and jalapeno sliders are the best!!! I love the Hawaiian bread sliders too. This place is always clean and fast.

Do not go late at night, you will either wait a long time or be spoken to in a rude tone. Food is still great for a late night snack!

The people were nice the food was hot and fresh when the fries. The low rating is for how dirty the dining area was. Couldn't find a table that was wiped off in eye shot so we picked the least dirty one but the seats and floor, well we just ate and didn't look at it.

This place has the nicest staff working at any drive-through in the city, no matter when I show up. They're convenient 24/7. Always quick and polite. P.S. the mint shake here is 1000 times better than a shamrock shake ever thought about.

This place is wonderful they are open 24 hr's and have a really nice crew. They should prolly have a bigger vrew cause them line's can be hecticly long. But the small crew still destroy's it and doesnt take that long when you finally get yoour order in(worst part is usually the wait for people that can't make there mind up about what they want)

I've visited the Arby's on Blankenbaker Parkway and on Critteden Dr. Both stores was awesome for listening to how I wanted my food. Will definitely return.

They have this new Orange Dreamsicle milkshake that is to die for! Its made with fresh REAL icecream so its super thick and great to eat with your meal and after the food is gone its still both thick and creamy. I also love the double roast beef'n cheddar burger, ask for no red sauce and get a little extra cheese in between your double meat. Its amazing. Mozzarella Cheese Sticks are amazing

Personally I am not a fan of fast food roast beef. But it was next door to the motel I went. I think it was okay but a high priced. Two people over twenty dollars is to high for fast food.

I love coming here after church with my family but me and my wife came here not too long ago and she ordered chicken strips and they were raw on the inside. They did replace the food for free but also told us they don't know how it could've happened because the chicken strips are set on a timer for accuracy. So definitely check your food before eating it.

I admire this spot! They offer tasty meals, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that spot is a real pro, I love a lot trying all their dishes. The dishes are always good, the service towards the customers is friendly. I go often to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it to all my friends.

For the most part I have always been pleased with the food and service at Crittenden Dr, however tonight I ordered large fries and when i get home I have the amount of a Medium fry in a large container. Guess they are trying to cut cost.

I really like Arby's. They have a nice selection of sandwichs.My complaint is that the coupons they mail out are ALWAYS the SAME. If you are going to offer new sandwiches why not have a coupon for that. I think more people would be willing to try the new product if you offered a discount. I realize you have limited time offers but many times I personally pass them up because I don't want to spend a larger amount for something I might not like. Grocery stores do samples that might be another option.

Drive-thru employee was on his cell phone, half way responsive to our order. We ordered 2 classic roast beef meals but receive 2 beef and cheddar's. Very disappointing. $20+ on 2 meals and didnt even get to eat it. To make it worse, I tried to call the store to inform them. But no answer. I called twice.

Staying at a hotel down the street I needed a quick late dinner and figured I'd go to Arby's, what a mistake. I ordered a Beef and Cheddar, fries, a Dr. Pepper and potato pancakes. What I got was a beef and cheddar with no sauce and no cheese, two cups of fries and a flat soda. I'd been traveling for 8 hours that day and just wanted a quick bite to eat but instead got this poor excuse for a meal.

The food is good. Not healthy. They could still spruce up the experience. Make it feel more like sandwich shop and increase the customer service experience. I get it that getting good employees is hard. I do really. But everytime I go they act like I woke them up from a nap they knew they needed but shouldn't have taken.

Unfortunately the gyro wraps my wife and i got were awful ..i got mine Greek and she chose beef. Well we or SHE could not tell which was the lamb and nope they did not label them in a way that said which was which for sure. She wasted her whole wrap thinking it was lamb. Lol
